Information about Returns
A. Returning Defective or Incorrect Book Items
Any items with production faults or items we have mistakenly sent you may be returned for a full refund. However, return postage costs will be met by Vernon Press only if you have contacted us in advance at: email@example.com
B. Returning Other Items
Customers in the USA, Canada and other non-EU countries: Customers in the United States, Canada and all other countries outside the European Union may return an item (excluding digital products such as e-books) and obtain a refund of the purchase price on the strict condition that they contact us within seven working days after the item is delivered. This does not affect your rights to return items with production faults or items we have mistakenly sent you.
Customers in the European Union: Customers in the European Union have the legal right to withdraw from the purchase of an item within seven working days of the day after the date the item is delivered (excluding digital products such as e-books). To cancel your purchase you must contact us either by email (firstname.lastname@example.org) or by writing at the address below within the seven working day cooling off period.

All customers: We will refund the purchase price for the item(s) as soon as we have received notice of your cancellation of this order and a proof of return postage.
Please note that you are responsible for return postage costs unless the item is damaged or defective, or is different to the one you ordered.
The return must be completed within 30 days from the original shipment date.
We suggest you use a return shipping method that issues tracking numbers, so you can ensure the item is safely returned. Please ensure that returns are packed well. We retain the right to request payment of the full price if we receive the item in poor condition.
